Kusoge
This is an update to KoF '98 on the Sega Genesis. Despite boasting 24 characters, it's simply 12 with alternate versions. Think of it like the Orochi team in KoF '98. Only their specials change and usually one is superior over the other. The game's poor control handling makes it tough to figure out what move they actually have. You can't combo in this game either.
