First Boocock Tier List (July 26, 2017)

This tier list was made by Boocock shortly after the Tier List Maker was created, and it was widely accepted by the community to be the most accurate tier list out of those made. Originally, the titles of each tier were:

Who You Can Actually Use (No Particular Order)
If You're That Good, You Can
I Admire How You Still Use Your Favorite Character
Have Fun Winning Low Tier
Why Do You Hate Yourself?

Due to their unorthodox play mechanics and their status as "joke characters", Akamaru and Karasu were consistently banned from tournament play.

OTK Banned: Second Boocock Tier List (March 2, 2019)

This tier list was made by Boocock while explaining the reasoning for the ban of OTK Naruto at Combo Breaker 2019 and all tournaments afterwards. Conversely, Karasu was unbanned due to the fact that he is not as polarizing of a character as previously thought and that he has untapped potential. The tier list creation video and timestamps for the video can be found here.

Third Boocock Tier List (July 7, 2020)

OTK and Akamaru legal once again: Lemo's Tier List (November 17, 2021)

Following community requests to legalize OTK and an ensuing Twitter poll, Boocock announced on December 12th, 2020 that OTK and Akamaru had been unbanned for all future tournaments. Lemo, a highly respected player, made this finely divided tier list in November of 2021.

Amu's Tier List (September 5, 2022)

Japanese player Amu posted a "tentative" tier list on twitter on September 5th, 2022.
