The timing is awkward to say the least It has to be done during the recovery of a jab which is a small window Its easiest to do with jab on hit but works with either normal regardless of hit or block if your timing is good The move hits three times on block for a lot of chip and has good range

Summary

Standing and have hilariously Low recovery and hilariously huge range making them easy to spam and the opponent really cant do much since dps dont have real invuln aside from low kicks its almost impossible to stop but she can just fireball super out of the hitstun anyway + , + move is decent for chip last but not least if you can actually do her + special(has to be timed during hitstun or recovery of her incredibly fast normals) you get tons of free chip in your normal mashing
