Ayako Yuuki (結城 綾子 Yūki Ayako) is the star attraction of the SoTO, a techno/rave dance club and restaurant, where she dazzles visitors with her flashy dancing. While appearing on the surface to be nothing more than a good-looking "party girl", Ayako spends a great deal of her free time providing volunteer services to the needy and homeless. She also makes a pastime of luring out rapists, muggers, and stalkers and then beating them to within an inch of their lives, because they do unjust things to women.
Ayako has some of the strongest damaging normals behind Reimi, but sadly that is all she has going for her. She lacks any useful link combos, all her specials leave her at disadvantage since they don't cause a knockdown, and it feels like any positive traits she has other characters just do much better. People who wish to use Ayako will have to play patiently to find openings. You can't be too offensive because Ayako doesn't have the tools; instead, you have to capitalize on the opponent's mistakes or unpreparedness. Also abuse the hell out of Rave Storm. At 10F it's quite fast, so can smack unsuspecting opponents and allow Ayako to work her way in close. It also doubles as an anti-air if won't reach. Cancel into after Standing or hits or is guarded for faster recovery. Once Ayako gets in close she becomes slightly more annoying to deal with, but still is not very dangerous until she has Spiral Dive available. Unless some amazing tech is discovered with her, Ayako is considered bottom-tier.

- Unblockable Super Art with good catch range.
- Slow to engage; mostly reliant on the opponent's mistakes before she can become aggressive.
- No good link combos.
- No priority with any of her specials since they do not cause knockdowns, or leave Ayako at disadvantage.
- Mach Spin: just nearly everything about it. Never use it.
Ayako places a hand on her cheek and bends to look down at opponent, "Ara ara!" ("Oh my!")
