This is by no means a character you play seriously. He is generally a portion of Kiba's moveset, but as a joke the development staff decided to give him a few more moves to flesh him out into a somewhat functional character (and also because due to programming, he occupies an actual player slot), he's best for pissing off your friends, Akamaru dittos, or...just generally pissing off your friends.

Akamaru has very fragile durability and small amount of attacks; but since it also has a very small stature, attacking him can be a very difficult task. Because of his weak yet cheap approach in fights, he's banned from tournaments and competitive matches.

Moveset

Individual Move Breakdown

Basic Moves	Notes
	A small jump and headbutt.
	Spin around and slide on your belly. This is incredibly low to the ground, and there's a few scenarios where this is useful.
	Visually similar to , but the range is a little longer. Slightly risky as Akamaru jumps higher here.
	Exactly the same as , except it has guard frames. Why even bother with the standard version at that point.
	It's literally . The gap is a little smaller but it does about even the same damage. Not really worth on its own.
	An aerial somersault body blow. Knocks the opponent back. Use this often.
	Aerial somersault dive. It's hard to catch Akamaru after doing this as he rolls back fairly far after it connects.
Special Moves	Notes
	Soar through the air with a mighty leap and attach yourself to the opponent's wrist. Has a very long reach. It's not clear though if any of these are functionally different from one another, however. It's worth noting Akamaru does extra damage with each shake of the enemy's arm during the cinematic part of the attack.
	Kicks up sand. Akamaru's only anti-air tool. Reach is shorter than it actually looks.
	Hold A to continue sitting. Nice. Good dog.
