Summary
This is by no means a character you play seriously. Added in as a joke by development staff (and also because due to programming, he occupies an actual player slot), he's best for pissing off your friends, Akamaru dittos, or...just generally pissing off your friends.
Akamaru has very fragile durability and small amount of attacks; but since it also has a very small stature, attacking him can be a very difficult task. Because of his weak yet cheap approach in fights, he's banned from tournaments and competitive matches.
