CS2 is a unique character in GNT4; he is the only character that lacks a 
with guard frames. Instead, his is a (techable) teleport. This affects his playstyle in that he is susceptible to pressure that would otherwise be unsafe against another character. Additionally, he is unable to pressure other characters as his strings are generally unsafe on block. However, he has effective punish tools for heavy damage and KnJ farming.
Indeed, CS2 is a character that relies solely on neutral mixups to win.
