Iruka is a straightforward, but hard hitting character with easy to do and really damaging combos, who along with Mizuki shares the fastest standard super in the game at 5 frames. However he suffers from rather stubby normals that tend to not see much use outside of combos, as well as a lack of safe moves in general.
