Summary
This is by no means a character you play seriously. He is generally a portion of Kiba's moveset, but as a joke the development staff decided to give him a few more moves to flesh him out into a somewhat functional character (and also because due to programming, he occupies an actual player slot), he's best for pissing off your friends, Akamaru dittos, or...just generally pissing off your friends.
Akamaru has very fragile durability and small amount of attacks; but since it also has a very small stature, attacking him can be a very difficult task. Because of his weak yet cheap approach in fights, he's banned from tournaments and competitive matches.
